KGM Radio Returns Policy
At KGM Radio, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Returns period
With every product you buy from KGM Radio you get 30 to return the item from the date of receipt.
Condition for return
for items to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns Process
- Contact our support team Here or email us: store@kgmradio.co.uk and our team will try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved then our team will issue a returns authorization number and further instructions
- Pack the item securely, including all tags, instructions, and accessories.
- Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package or within the package.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for paying the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team.
Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers
